Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser — on the reception computer, the manager’s laptop and your phone. Your data is backed up on our side.
Who receives the money guests pay online?
You do, directly into your own Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe or Stripe account. We never hold or touch guest payments.
Can my staff use it without training?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. Each person gets their own login and sees only what their job needs.
Does it handle GST properly?
Yes — room and service rates, CGST/SGST or IGST, your GSTIN on every invoice, and the amount in words.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Pick a plan and carry on. If you don’t, your account pauses — nothing is deleted while you decide.
Is there a commission on bookings?
None. You pay a flat monthly or yearly fee, and every rupee from your bookings is yours.
